Diana Gidner

Diana Kay (Birden) Gidner age 66 of Mulberry, past away October 28, 2010, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. Born November 26, 1943 in Frankfort to Charles E. & Vinabell (Timmons) Birden Sr. She was a member of Frankfort Eagles Auxiliary, First Baptist Church in Frankfort, enjoyed bowling and an avid Bingo player. Her nieces and nephews were especially important to her and she loved spending time with them. She worked several years in the dietary dept. at Wesley Manor and has been a homemaker the past several years. She married Lyle Gidner on April 25, 1987 in Frankfort and he survives, also surviving are a sister: Josie Duckworth of Frankfort, and 2 brothers: Charles “Butch” Birden (Kathy) of Frankfort, and David Birden of Rochester, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews that were so special to her. Funeral services are planned for 10 AM Monday November 1, 2010 at Archer-Weston Funeral Home, with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials appreciated to either the American Diabetes Assn. Or Clinton County Cancer Fund.
