L. Mae Sedwick;Lela Mae Sedwick age 82 a resident of Clinton House passed away February 6, 2008 in St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital Emergency Room.? Born August 7, 1925 in Jolietville, Indiana to Charles C. & Lola (Davis) Boone.? Her marriage was to James E. Sedwick on February 4, 1944 in Kirklin and they later divorced.? She retired from National Cigar in Frankfort and had formerly worked at the City Restaurant in Kirklin for many years.? She was a 50 year member of the Kirklin Eastern Star, and attended the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Kirklin.? Surviving are 2 daughters: Charlotte M. Evans (Larry) of Kirklin, and Marcia P. Menard (William) of Dayton, TX? 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, 1 sister: Martha Boone of Frankfort.? She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.;Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Archer-Weston Funeral Home.? Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery will follow.? Friends may call 4-7 PM Friday at the funeral home.? Memorials appreciated to Clinton County Cancer Fund.??? ?
