Rosella F. (Ogden) Keever

Rosella F. (Ogden) Keever, 77, of Frankfort, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2017 at IU Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.

She was born on July 30, 1940 in Tipton to Alva Lewis and Wilma Maxine (Burt) Ogden.  She attended Tipton Schools.  She married Robert F. Keever on May 28, 1982 and he survives.  Rosella worked as a Nurses Aid at Tipton Nursing Home and also worked at Wesley Manor, Brunos Pizza, Indiana Brass, and The Duck in Diner.  She was a member of the Tipton Pilgrim Holiness Church and a former member of the VFW Auxiliary.  She enjoyed dancing and bowling.

 

Visitation and Services

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center in Frankfort.  Friends may visit from Noon until the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery.

Survived by:

Surviving along with her husband Robert are her Sons:  Earl Netherton of Tipton and Terry Lee Netherton of Franklin;  Daughters:  Teresa Kemper of Florida and Sylvia Lacy of Tipton;  Brother:  Floyd Ogden of Tipton;  7 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant child.

    My thoughts and prayers are with your family, I know we would have conversations about her, but I never met her.It is so hard to lose a parent, but may she rest in peace, God Bless

    Aunt Rose you were One of a kind, You was a Special Aunt and Faithful Friend. Tell Mom Hi for me. Don’t forget to stop by and Tell Grandpa and Grandma I miss them so. Until we meet again Love You Always!

    Too a very good Friend since when where children / teenagers – I will always remember how much you’re so full live – we had so much fun growing up & getting into trouble. I promise that I will always try and look after her boys, rest in peace.
