Travis Wayne McGill, 39, of Frankfort passed away July 20, 2013 in his home. He was born August 20, 1973 in Frankfort to David H. and Vicki (Eaton) McGill. He married Heather Jones on June 23, 2003 in Frankfort and she survives.;Travis attended Frankfort Schools and was a life long Frankfort resident. He was a self-employed Mechanic and Handyman. He enjoyed Nascar, Dale Earnhardt Jr. being his favorite driver, derbies, and working on anything with a motor. He loved spending time with his children.;Surviving along with his wife are son: Dustin McGill of Frankfort, daughters: Tamika McGill and Destiny McGill both at home, Sisters: Tracy McGill (Troy Clear), Delli (Rocky) Wells, and Serena Frazier all of Frankfort, 3 Aunts, 2 Uncles, several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, and Great-Nephews.;He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter: Tosha McGill.;Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Archer-Weston Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Pastor John Bullock will officiate. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort. Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

    Praying for you guys. Travis will be missed and I know that Vicki, David, my mom, Grandma and Grandpa(just to name a few that have left this earth) greeted him as he entered heaven. Please remember this isn’t a good bye-but it is a “when we see you again.” I pray that God gives you peace and strength and will be praying for you guys! Always remember that God is with you! I have always talked to your mom every night & have never let her out of my sight. But now that you are with her I know you will be alright. Your time has come & time to let you go but always remember that I loved you so. My memories I have will always be dear, I’ll cherish them forever & hold them near. I love & miss you Travis, it’s only been a day & now God’s hands hold you in a loving special way. Sadly missed & loved & will never be forgotten, your loving Aunt Vivian Rest in Peace

    I don’t know what to say…nothing can ease the pain..even though we’ve all gone our seperate ways ive always thought of u all as family more than friends and I hate not being able to be there to say goodbye . take comfort in knowing that he no longer suffers and he’s back with his mom,dad and grandma holding his baby girl again..he will be loved and missed and u will all be in my heart and prayers….all my condolences,kristy

    He was a great man. Even though I was only able to speek with him a few times I saw how much of an impact he made on everyone’s lives and how much he loved others and how much he was so my heart and prayers goes out to his whole entire family god bless
