Daniel Adrian Olivas

Daniel Adrian Olivas, 15, of Frankfort passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 in his home surrounded by family.  He was born March 12, 2004 in Frankfort to Roberto and Rosa (Chavez) Olivas.

Daniel attended Frankfort Sr. High School and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  He loved Legos, Harry Potter, Jazz music, playing his trombone, and animals.

Memorial donations may be made in Daniel’s honor to the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, 8402 Harcourt Road, Suite 210, Indianapolis, IN  46260.

Visitation and Services

Friends may visit 4-7 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort.  Rosary will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 Noon Friday, November 15, 2019 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 600 St. Mary’s Avenue, Frankfort.  Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Frankfort. 

Survived by:

He is survived by his Parents: Roberto and Rosa Olivas of Frankfort; Sisters: Adriana (Jesus) Martell and Tania Olivas both of Frankfort; along with many friends.  

Preceded by:

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Rafaela Campos-Chavez.

    I was so sorry to hear about Daniel. All I can think about is the sweet boy from all those volleyball games. He was so sweet and I always thought this little guy is going to change lives and make this world a better place. He did that, just in a lot less time than most. Remembering those seasons with your family at volleyball games and tournaments, I will always smile and thank goodness that Daniel was a part of my life. Much love to all of you!!

    Que Diosito les de mucha fuerza para seguir adelante, la ausencia de su niño nunca dejarán de sentirla, pero aún tienen que luchar por sus otros hijitos, nuestras oraciones estarán con ustedes!! Su niño es un angelito que Diosito llamo a su lado y el siempre estará con ustedes 🙏🏽
