Dorothy Dean (Coomer) Ridge, 76, of Frankfort died August 31, 2021 at the Clinton House.  She was born March 5, 1945 in Frankfort, Ind. To George & Priscilla (Shaff) Coomer.  She was previously married to Clifford Cottrell and Loyce Ridge.

Dorothy attended Frankfort schools.  She had worked for Green Giant & Mark Werner & Sons.

Visitation and Services

A memorial service will take place at a later date.

Survived by:

Daughter: Carla Johnson of Frankfort, 2 Sons: Brian Cottrell of Crawfordsville and Jeff Cottrell of Camden, 7 Grandchildren: Holly (Robert) Richards, Becki Jones, Brianna Cottrell, Kelly Bishop, Travis Cottrell, Tasha (Michael) Cottrell and Dakota Cottrell.

Preceded by:

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Bill Coomer, former spouse, Clifford Cottrell and companion, Roy Lee.

    So sorry to all the family of Dot, I’ve only known her for a short time and I thought she was a lovely lady. I know she will be missed greatly. Love to the family.
