I can’t say in words what you mean to me. I’ve had the best father and best friend a person could ever ask for. You were always honest with me and told me how to handle situations. You always had my back. I’d like to think I’ve always had yours also. You have stood by me through everything. From riding a bike to having my first child. You scolded me when I was wrong and patted me on the back when I was wrong. You didn’t play any punches. People knew how you felt good or bad. You had a great view of life and lived everyday to the fullest. Most days you got up at 3 or 4am to drink a cup of coffee, smoke a cigarette and watch the early news. Then off to hang out with your buddies and talk about the world. I miss hearing your semi take off to go make a ruin, that you loved to do. Trucking was your life next to your family. You loved your fault unconditionally. You always gave off your time and money. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more generous man. You loved with all your heart. You were my mom and my dad for 20 years . You are with the many loved ones. I hope you are all celebrating. You and I went through many trials together but we always stuck together in our hearts. You will always be in my heart dad. I already love and miss you more than my heart can handle at times. Until we meet again dad. I love you ❤
