Marietta always had such a contagious laugh and an endless smile. We all used to get together for Thanksgiving & Christmas in our younger days and laughter was always such a big part of our get togethers. My face would hurt from laughing at the end of the day. Wish I had kept in touch better. Sorry for all your family has been through the last couple of years..know its been painful. Marietta will be greatly missed. May God bless all of you

Justin and Brigett I was only around a few times when she came to visit you and came to church. It was very evident to me that she was a special and giving person. She left no doubt that she had a strong faith in God. Take comfort in that and the fact she is no longer suffering but has the peace that only God can grant. She will continue to live through you and that child you are expecting. It is never easy to loose someone you love but being during the holidays makes it even harder. Both of my grandmothers died within a few days of a holiday so I understand. Know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you both!

Even tho several years have passes I know the pain is still new. A comforting scripture is at Revolution 21:4 “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
