Marsha Lou Miller

Marsha Lou Miller, 70, of Frankfort, passed away June 16, 2022 at Clinton House Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.  She was born on June 30, 1951 in Lafayette to Morris and Geneva (Kemmerer) Miller.  She married JB Baskerville on October 23, 1972 and they divorced, she later married Ron Christian and they divorced.

Marsha was a 1969 graduate of Pomona California High School and served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1970.  She was a CNA/QMA for over 35 years, working with Salem Health Care & Rehab in Virginia, Hoosier Village in Indianapolis, and at Wesley Manor in Frankfort and was the president of AFSCME Union while there.  She was a member of Victory Chapel.  Marsha loved ice cream, enjoyed playing on her laptop and watching WWE Wrestling.

Visitation and Services

A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Victory Chapel, 196 Lewis Smith Road, Frankfort. Friends may visit Noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow the service in Geetingsville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Marsha’s honor to Victory Chapel. Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 E. Clinton Street, Frankfort is honored to assist the Miller family.

Surviving are her Daughter: Tonya (David) Horn of Frankfort; Brother: Raymond (Teresa) Miller of Frankfort; Granddaughter:  Alexis (Donald “Duck”) Lonsberry of Colfax; and Great-Granddaughters: Savannah Graves, Riley Graves, and Harlee Lonsberry.  

Preceded by:

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister: Sandra Kemmerer.
