Mary Ellen Cottrell, 80
Mary Ellen Cottrell, 80, of Frankfort passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital. She was born March 9, 1935 in Harlan, Kentucky to Olin and Emily (Dash) Bonham. She married Chester H. Cottrell on March 14, 1950 in Kentucky and he preceded her in death on March 15, 1996.
Mary and Chester moved to Frankfort in 1955 where she was a homemaker. She worked for Del Monte Canning Factory and then for Unelectric in Frankfort. She was a member of the Victory Chapel Church.
Visitation and Services
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2015 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Mary’s honor to the Clinton County Humane Society with envelopes available at the funeral home.

(Chris) Martin all of Frankfort; Brothers: Jim Bonham of Caywood, KY, Ray Bonham of Cincinnati, OH, Ken Bonham of Lebanon, OH, Jack Bonham of London, KY, Gary Bonham of Frankfort, and Dennis Bonham of Sterling Heights, MI; Sisters: Sue Creech of Bledsoe, KY, Barb Carroll of Roseville, MI, Diane Durbin of Arlington, TX, Linda Epperson of Baxter, KY; Grandchildren: Craig Cottrell, Stacie Spires, Erin Mattingly, Elizabeth Cottrell, Amanda Wright, Brandon Cottrell, Brittanie Mosson, Amber Anderson, Alisha Martin, Alea Martin, Regina Cottrell, and Josh Cottrell; Great Grandchildren: Kishla, Kyle, Kaleb, Braydon, Layni, Braylee, Jaice, Phoenix, Jerilyn, Dilan, and Korrina; Great Great Grandchildren: Ava and Kayden with one on the way.
