Nancy Carrol Turner, 83, of Frankfort, passed away April 29, 2020 at Franciscan Health Lafayette East Hospital in Lafayette. She was born on January 5, 1937 in Frankfort to Paul and Marie L. (McDonald) Meiers. She married Kay Marshall Turner on January 4, 1957 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on April 5, 2009.
A lifelong Frankfort resident, Nancy was a 1954 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School. She was a homemaker and had worked for Mallory, Uni-Electric, and Shuler’s Grocery all in Frankfort. She enjoyed crocheting, shopping, being outdoors and tending to her yard. She was a wonderful cook and will be fondly remembered for the Thanksgiving meals.
Memorial donations may be made to charity of the donor’s choice.

Visitation and Services
A Private Family Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort. Due to the current circumstances facing our Nation, this service will be live streamed at 1 p.m. Monday. To participate, please use the link on our website. Friends may visit 11 a.m until the time of service at the funeral home with restrictions by our Governor limiting attendance to 10 people in the funeral home at a time. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery, Frankfort.

Surviving are her Daughters: Julie (David) Lafferty of Kirklin and Janet (Douglas) Fultz of Highland Village, TX; Brother: Mike (Kathaleen) Meiers of Frankfort; Grandchildren: Jessica (Nathaniel) Metz, April (James) Fee, and Amanda Fultz; and Great-Grandchildren: Jameson and Mason Fee.
