Anna Maude Youngs of Frankfort and formerly of Blanchard, MI passed away on September 7, 2014 at Wesley Manor Retirement Community. She was born on May 27, 1923 in Montcalm County, MI to William and Blanch (Morey) Strong. She attended Remus High School and retired from General Motors where she was a machine operator. She was a member and formerly a delegate of Pleasant View Church of Blanchard, MI and a missionary to the Navajo Indians in New Mexico. Survivors include her son: Lyle Youngs of Frankfort; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a brother: Melvin Strong of Eaton Rapids, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray; 2 sons: Larry and Billy; daughter: Oradell Lund; and 4 sisters: Agnus, Frances, Alta, and Rosalyn. Services will be later in the week at Brigham Funeral Home in Edmore, MI. Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center was honored to assist Brigham Funeral Home with services.
