Christopher Lee Hackerd, 58, of Frankfort, passed away on Wednesday, May, 9 2018 at Rosewalk Village in Lafayette.
He was born on November 15, 1959 in Frankfort to Losey B. and Wilma Lee (Creasman) Hackerd. He married Ann Clendenning on February 14, 1997 in Chattanooga, TN and she survives.
Christopher was a 1978 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School and worked for Mallory Controls in Frankfort for 24 years. He enjoyed fishing, shooting guns, watching NASCAR, and the Indianapolis Colts.
Memorial donations may be made in Christopher’s honor to Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center to assist with final expenses.

Private Family Services will be held at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort.

Surviving along with his wife Ann are his Sons: Ryan Hackerd of Frankfort, IN and Brad (Heather) Clendenning of Frankfort, IN; Daughter: Beverly (Rob) Hale of Forest, IN; Grandchildren: Braiden and Anniston Hackerd of Frankfort, IN, Adalyn, Andric, and Robert Clendenning of Frankfort, IN, and Chase and Jaylin Hale of Forest, IN; Brother: Losey L. (Kathy) Hackerd of West Lafayette, IN; Nephew: Joshua (Shelly) Hackerd of Clarkville, IN; Niece: Sabrina (Daniel) La Fleur of Lawrence, IN; and Great Niece: Elyse La Fleur of Lawrence, IN.

My heart goes out to you and I wish I would have know he was so bad I would have went and seen him. I will keep you in my prayers and the family too. Chris was a good man and I enjoyed going out to eat with him, Phil and Rick. I have a lot of memories of him for sure.
