Mona Louise Weaver, 66, of Frankfort, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at St. Vincent 86th Street Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born on November 6, 1951 in Frankfort to Robert L. and Josephine (Oberleas) Cox. She married Larry Weaver on June 22, 1990 in Frankfort and he survives. Mona is a 1970 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School and worked for 20 years at the National Cigar Factory in Frankfort retiring in 2014. She enjoyed reading and taking care of her cat, Moo.
Memorial donations may be made in Mona’s honor to the Central Indiana Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 3500 Depauw Blvd #2070, Indianapolis, IN 46268.
Visitation and Services
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit from Noon until the time of service at the funeral home. Roger Coverdale will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery.

Surviving along with her husband, Larry are her Son: Stephen (Janeen) Rex of Lebanon; Daughters: Joan (Troy) Davis of Clarks Hill and Betty (Rusty) Phillips of Frankfort; Grandchildren: Alexis, Justin, Andrew, Payten, and Erica Rex; Cheryl (Michael) Long; Ashley, T.J., and William Davis; James, Cameron, Stephanie, and John Phillips; Great-granddaughter: Emma Louise Davis; 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
