Tina Sue Dillingham

Tina Sue Dillingham, 59, of Frankfort, passed away February 11, 2024 at IU Health Frankfort Hospital.  She was born on October 26, 1964 in Indianapolis to Troy and Sue (Jones) Perkins.  She married Thomas E. Dillingham on December 17, 1983 and he survives.

Tina was a 1984 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School and earned her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Ivy Tech.  She was Activities Director at Clinton House in Frankfort and had previously worked at Mallory Controls, Federal Mogul, Suncrest and Wesley Manor.  She attended New Life Assembly of God.  Above all, Tina loved helping other people.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed craft shows and festivals. She also enjoyed traveling and was looking forward to becoming a “snowbird”.

Memorial donations may be made in Tina’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association, 50 E. 91st Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46209-4830.

Visitation and Services

Friends may visit 4-7 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2024 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort.  A Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024 at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Rossville Cemetery.

Surviving along with her Husband: Tom are her Sons: Tommy (Erin) Dillingham of Rossville and Matt (Trista) Dillingham of Lafayette; Grandchildren: Dawson, Daxx, Damon, Brayden, Mason, and Benjamin; Siblings: Troy (Patricia) Perkins of Colfax and DeDe (Brice) Slavens of Boswell; along with her beloved dog: Pupples.

She was preceded death by her parents and sisters: Vicki Kinslow and Deborah Roberts.

    My condolences to the family. I was blessed to know Tina. I met her at Wesley Manor. She had a heart of gold and touched everyone she came in contact with. She loved her entire family. And always put them first before herself. Such a beautiful soul gone too soon.

    Tina had a heart & soul like no other! She was always putting others before her own even though she had her own struggles. Her smile was beautiful and her laugh was infectious. Her soul is Free and no more pain she will have! Fly high girl and know your absence will definitely be felt!

    Worked with Tina at Wesley Manor. She was loved by her residents and staff. She was one of the nicest, patient and loving people I have ever met. So sorry for your loss. I am sure her presence will be missed.

    Tina left an indelible mark wherever she went. She was kind and funny. She adored her family. Working with her residents came naturally to her. I’m sorry she’s gone.     I saw your mom not too very long ago Tommy. We chatted, we hugged, we smiled and said we’d pray for one another. Thank You JESUS. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. I won’t make it to the services as I am in Arizona, but will be there in spirit.

    I remember your mom from when you kids went to school at Frankfort Christian Heritage with my kids, Bethany & Luke. She was always kind and always had a smile! We would run into each other throughout the years and always exchanged “hellos and how are you”. I am so very sorry for your loss! Prayers for your family.

    I am so sorry to learn of Tina’s passing. I worked with her at Suncrest and enjoyed her enthusiasm for helping children. She had a kind and caring spirit. Family was important to her and her face would light up when talking about her boys. Rest in Peace, Tina.
