Gary Neal Wallace, 71, of Frankfort, passed away December 12, 2022 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. He was born on March 20, 1951 in Lebanon to Clark E. and Louiva (Graham) Wallace. He married Marlesia Lee on December 20, 1975 in Cicero and she survives.
Gary grew up in Boone County where he was an “Elizaville Kid” then later moved to Clinton County. He was a 1969 graduate of Thorntown High School and had worked for over 40 years as Supervisor at Dow Chemical/Thermo Fisher in Indianapolis. He was a member of the Community Christian Church in Frankfort. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-granddaughter and enjoyed bowling and hiking in state and national parks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Gary’s honor to the American Heart Association, 6500 Technology Center Drive, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278 or the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana, 911 E. 86th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
Visitation and Services
A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit 12 Noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Surviving along with his wife: Marlesia are his Daughter: Heather (Matt) Montgomery of Winter Garden, FL; Son: Jarrod Wallace of Frankfort; Siblings: Pamela (Alvin) Swisher of Lebanon, Valerie (Ron) Coy of Kirklin, Joseph Wallace of Chicago, IL, and Cheryl Coy of Lebanon; Grandchildren: Bryce Montgomery, Eli Montgomery, Samantha Montgomery, Taylor Lamb Garcia (Ricky), and Gage Wallace; Great-Granddaughter: Elaine Garcia. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
