Jeanne Lynn Blackburn, 65, of Talbott, Tennessee, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on August 13, 2023 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System in Morristown, Tennessee. She was born on January 16, 1958 in Frankfort, Ind. to James Lowe and Evelyn (Clinton) Emery. She married David L. Blackburn Sr. on May 24, 1975 and he survives.
Jeanne attended Frankfort High School and worked for 12 years as a Frankfort Postal Carrier. An animal lover, Jeanne also worked at the TPA Park, where she took care of the aviary and helped with the Christmas lights. After retirement, Jeanne moved to Tennessee where she resided until she went to be with the Lord. She loved her kids and all of her grand and great-grandkids so much. She especially enjoyed her time with family in Gatlinburg and going to “The Island” in Pigeon Forge. She enjoyed shopping and loved to bake and feed her family.
