Larry Albert “Pops” Millikin, 74, of Frankfort, passed away October 24, 2022 at Witham Health Services in Lebanon. He was born on April 19, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio. He was adopted by Charles H. and Martha E. Millikin. He married Catherine Millikin and she preceded him in death.
Larry grew up in Florida and had lived in Frankfort for the last 8 years. He served in the United States Navy for 4 years and earned his Associate Degree in Theology from Grace Community College. Larry had delivered newspapers, was a dishwasher, and had worked was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. He brought joy to anyone around him and loved God, his family and his country. He loved birds – especially his parakeets and finches. He also enjoyed art, doodling, puzzles, and gaming.

A Memorial Celebration will be held at a later date. Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort and Clinton County Crematory are honored to assist with services.

Surviving are his friends that he thought of as children Justin Winchester and Sandra Kelly, both of Frankfort.
