Facebook Twitter GoogleNeil was a classmate to my dad – Phil East. Neil and Janet lived next door to my dad and was so kind, thoughtful and sweet to him during his last couple of years. Neil had a heart of gold and was very special to so many people. I appreciate all of the different positions Neil held in town during his lifetime. He will be missed by all of his friends very much. If you look up the definition of an angel you would see Neil’s name listed. Thank You Neil for always being a good friend. Hugs and Prayers to your family during this tough time.
