Norman Lee Riley, 91, of Frankfort, Ind., passed away September 2, 2024 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Ind. He was born on June 16, 1933 in Middletown to Emmons and Hazel (Stanley) Riley. He married Sandra Lee Sears on July 3, 1958 in Elwood, Ind. and she survives.
Norman attended school in Middletown, Indiana and earned his GED. He served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955. He was the owner of Riley Construction for 30 years and owned Frankfort Auto Sales for 20 years. He was a past member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and Elks Lodge. Norman loved to golf and was on the cover of Gold Digest. He also enjoyed tractors, cars, pets, and his family and was a loving father and husband.

Per Norman’s wishes no services will be held. Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center and Clinton County Crematory, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort, are honored to assist the Riley family.

Wife: Sandra Riley of Frankfort, Daughters: Dae Lenna Marie (Terry) Pippenger of Frankfort, Beth Ann (Tony) Bartley of Frankfort, Linda Denise (Ricardo) Cortez of Lafayette,Lisa Renee (Charles) Slaughterbeck of Dayton, Son: Norman Lee Riley Jr. of Frankfort, Sister: Sheila Beaman of Texas, 9 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
Preceded by:
his parents, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters, a grandson and a great grandson.
Norman was a great guy. I enjoyed being around him and consider him to be a great friend. I will miss him.
