Robert “Jason” Shelley, 61, of Frankfort, passed away August 17, 2022 in his home. He was born on February 22, 1961 in Frankfort to late Robert Joseph Shelley and Laura “Doris” (Hood) Shelley, she survives.
A lifelong Frankfort resident, Jason attended Frankfort Schools and worked at Exide Battery. He served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1983 and was a life member of the VFW Post #1110. Jason was a self-taught “Jack of all trades” including plumbing, electric, welding, and auto body work. He enjoyed woodworking
Visitation and Services
Friends may visit 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Monday, August 22, 2022 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 E. Clinton Street, Frankfort. Entombment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Frankfort.

Surviving along with his mother: Doris are his Sisters: Connie Sue Shelley and Joyce Ann (David) Estes; Brother: Joe Allen Shelley all of Frankfort; Nieces and Nephews: Scott (Thome) Estes, Daniel (Kelly) Estes, Thomas (Megan) Estes, Rayna (Lawrence) Clark, Michelle (Doug) Lunsford, and Nickolas Shelley; along with several Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.

I got a job there. Just like a lot of Lawsons think Jason was a great guy to work with and a pleasant person to talk to on break time. I’m pretty sure he’s made it to heaven.
