Susan Marie “Susie” Donoho, 76, of Frankfort, passed away August 3, 2022 surrounded by family in her home. She was born on May 10, 1946 in Delphi, Indiana to Daniel and Mary (Thompson) Boyles. She married Gary W. Donoho on December 22, 1962 and he survives.
Susie lived the majority of her life in Frankfort and had worked for Del Monte, Mallory Controls, National Seal, and Frito Lay all in Frankfort. She was also a crossing guard for Frankfort Schools. She was a past member of the Eagles and Moose Lodge Auxiliaries in Frankfort. Susie was full of energy and always on the go. She enjoyed being outdoors – gardening was her passion – and she also enjoyed fishing, “creeking”, floating, riding her bicycle with her children, and riding her motorcycle. She was a collector of dolls and glass and loved searching for these things at flea markets and auctions. She loved to listen to music and loved dancing to Country Swing and Rock & Roll. Family was most important to Susie and she loved spending time with them.
Memorial donations may be made in Susie’s honor to the Lupus Foundation of America, 9302 N. Meridian Street, Suite 203, Indianapolis, IN 46260.

Facebook Twitter GoogleTo all my family, no matter what she did in this life, no matter the problem, she was there. I miss her with all my heart. She was the best and always will be the best grandmother and friend I have ever had. Her happiness radiates not just the family, but through the things she did and has done for friends, and family. The times when we sat at the dinner table and just talked about her chicken collection or out side in the garden pulling weeds out or even mowing the yard were memories I will always remember and cherish. I love and miss you grandma. She was the sweetest, most loving grandmother a grand child could ever want or have. Love you
