Edith Katherine ?Dolly? Abston age 79 of Frankfort passed away August 15, 2009 in her residence. Born October 9, 1929 in Colfax to Donald E. & Margaret (Helfenbein) Ferguson. She worked several years as a waitress then Mallory and Green Giant and owned and operated Trim & Tone in Frankfort the past several years. She was a member of the Women?s Auxiliary of the American Legion, VFW, and Eagles Lodges. Surviving are her 2 daughters: Janice Cash (Jerry) and Jane Werner (Scott) both of Frankfort, 9 grandchildren 13 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. 3 brothers: Howard ?Buck? Ferguson and Wayne ?Buddy? Ferguson both of Colfax and Harold ?Shorty? Ferguson of Clarks Hill and 2 sisters: Pauline Weinbrecht of Muncie and Helen Maxwell of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her parents, longtime companion George Thompson, a daughter Mary Ross, 1 great grandchild, 6 sisters and 3 brothers.;Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday August 19, 2009 at Archer-Weston Funeral Home burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials appreciated to Clinton County Cancer Fund or Guardian Angel Hospice.

    I am just lost for words ,you all are so dear to me and for me not to hear about your mother untill today sickins me ,,,I am so sorry for your loss.and my prayers are with you thru these hard times ,,every time she seen me no matter where i always got my hug.and we spoke of you kids and of course mary …she will be truly missed by many..
