Frances K. Hall, 75, of Oak Ridge, TN and formerly of Frankfort passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born on December 17, 1938 in Dandridge, TN to Vollie & Pauline (Miller) Gann. She married Richard E. Hall Sr. on August 15, 1961 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on March 30, 2008. Frances attended school in Tennessee before moving to Frankfort where she worked for Unilectric and retired from Federal Mogul. She had lived in Tennessee for the last 5 ½ years. Survivors include her Sons: Richard E. (Kathy) Hall Jr. of Nicholasville, KY and Randy (Lisa) Hall of Pigeon Forge, TN; Daughters: Rita (Jack) Harness of Frankfort and Rhonda (Rick) Truax of Oak Ridge, TN; Sisters: Betty (Bob) Boots of Frankfort, Martha Gregg of Dandridge, TN, Jan (Mike) Reagan of Piedmont, TN, and Nancy (Dennis) Greene of Morristown, TN; Brothers: George Gann and Robert (Alberta) Gann both of Dandridge, TN; 13 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sister ��” Judy and Brothers ��” Otis and Carroll. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit 2-5 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park.
