L. Helen Howe;Leona ?Helen? Howe age 60 of Frankfort passed away November 26, 2009 in the Emergency Room at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital. Born January 16, 1949 in Frankfort to the late Roy & Pearl (Switzer) Nease. She was a former member of the Women of the Moose, attended Forest Baptist Church and had previously attended Frankfort First Wesleyan Church. She worked since 1981 at Frito-Lay Inc. in Frankfort as a Quality Control Tech. She married Max R. Howe on June 15, 1966 and they later divorced. She is survived by her former husband of Frankfort, 2 sons: Max Howe (Yadira) of Cicero, Jason Howe (Diana) of Frankfort, 5 grandchildren: Clint, Kiley, Sarah, Heather, and Gabriela. 1 sister: Betty Jean Coffman of Frankfort, and 1 brother: Roy Michael Nease of Knoxville, TN. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday December 1, 2009 at Archer-Weston Funeral Home in Frankfort. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Memorials appreciated to Forest Baptist Church.
