Noreen Hall, 85, of Colfax passed away Friday, November 28, 2014 St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette. She was born on February 10, 1929 in Frankfort, Indiana to Grover and Oakie Madeline (Canter) Swearingen. She married Raymond T. Hall on October 15, 1967 in South Bend, IN and he preceded her in death on June 23, 2000. Noreen attended Frankfort schools and worked for 21 years for P. R. Mallory in Frankfort. She was a member of Colfax Tabernacle Fellowship. She loved gardening, sewing, writing poetry, painting, and charcoal drawing.

Visitation and Services

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, Frankfort, IN. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery in Frankfort. Memorial donations may be made in Noreen's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Leukemia Foundation with envelopes available at the funeral home.

Survivors include her daughters: Sandra (Wyatt) Poppe of Mulberry, Vicki (Marty) Unger of Frankfort, Marti (Melvin) Farrell of Colfax, Tamra (Greg) Deitsch of Colfax, and Joyce (Robert) Giles of Colfax.

Preceded by:

She was preceded in death by her husband, son: Randall Martin and daughter: Crisé Laine Brown.
