Patricia L. Shaw age 68 of Frankfort passed away August 4, 2008 in St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis.? Born March 31, 1940 in Clinton County, Indiana to James H. & Norma (Chandler) Blacker.? She was a high school graduate and went on to college to receive her nursing degree.? She was a nurse at Parkwood Nursing Home in Lebanon and then at Clinton House for many years until her health forced her to retire in 2006.? She was a member of Memorial Parkway Church of Christ and her life was her family and grandchildren and being with them.? She married Cleveland W. Shaw on January 4, 1957 and he preceded her in death on February 26, 2008.? Surviving is a daughter: Marietta Renfrow (David) of Frankfort, a son: Bradley W. Shaw (Vickie) of Tompkinsville, KY?? 3 grandchildren: Justin (Brigette) Renfrow, Tyler Shaw, and Eric Renfrow and a great grandson Hunter Renfrow.? 2 sisters: Sharon Crouse (Charles) of Frankfort, and Linda Laird (Jack) of Colfax, and a nephew raised in their home Chad Donoho, and a step brother Tim Reagan (Linda) of Lebanon.? She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one sister.? Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Archer-Weston Funeral Home.? Friends may call 3-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Frankfort.? Memorials appreciated to Clinton County Cancer Fund.?
